The feedback board is available to signed-in users. Account and data deletion requests can be submitted without signing in.

Use this private request path to delete your MeepleMates account and associated data, or to delete selected data while keeping your account. You do not need the mobile app or an active login.
Delete account and associated data
Choose account deletion to remove your login, profile and contact details, BGG credentials, collection, preferences, notifications and other personal data connected to the account.
Delete selected data only
Choose selected data if you want to keep the account and remove particular profile/contact fields, collection data, messages, comments, ratings, photos or other contributions.
What you need to do
- Choose the request type, enter the account email and describe any selected data.
- Submit the private form. A MeepleMates administrator will contact you to verify control of the account or email.
- After verification, deletion or irreversible anonymization is completed in active systems within 30 days.
What is deleted
Account credentials and tokens, profile/contact information, private BGG credentials, personal collection and preference data, notifications, uploads and personal content are deleted or irreversibly anonymized according to the requested scope.
What may remain and for how long
- Shared group and game-day history may keep an anonymous placeholder when removing the whole record would also remove other users’ history.
- Public BoardGameGeek game metadata and non-personal aggregate statistics may remain because they are not account data.
- Disaster-recovery backups may contain inaccessible copies for at most 30 days after completion, then they are overwritten.
- Minimal request correspondence and completion status may be retained for 90 days after completion, then deleted or anonymized.
If a legal or security obligation requires exceptional retention, MeepleMates will tell you the affected data, reason and specific retention period.
